An exciting new webseries, skewering the science/bioethics community, "The Onion" style. Created by Columbia MFA students, it's set to begin airing in March 2013, I play "The Boss" in episode "Nanofarm", who may be in over his head. Stay tuned!
The critics are loving this show. And with good reason- it's clever, well-acted (ahem) and fun to watch. Here are some excerpts if you're too busy to click on the full versions:
"In the role of the Woodsman, Simon Feil is exceptional"- CurtainUp
"Simon Feil...did a stellar job as the Woodsman." - The Happiest Medium
Only 2 more performances left and Sunday's sold out!- come check us out Friday before it's too late here
2 all nighters can take a toll but with a great cast, set, script and director, the hours flew by. Kevin Spacey kept things moving on set and off.
And I'm heading back! We couldn't fit all my shots in the time alloted so I'm returning to Bal'more sometime this week. Stay Tuned!
So that's not really the right image- it's for the original British series upon which this one is based. Kevin Spacey co-produces and stars, David Fincher directs (more on that in a moment)
I'm hugely excited to be part of this incredible show. In addition to the creative team, it's also unique for having signed an exclusive distribution deal with Netflix!
I got the news by being told "David Fincher said you were first choice". That's getting framed on the wall...
I play the Chief of Staff to Vice President Matthews
A nice piece, covering my current show and some of my thoughts on acting and my life that should probably teach me to keep my mouth shut. That's the mark of a good interview, I guess. Check it out here.
And we had to turn folks away! A great start to a great show- lots of buzz and laughs.
4 more performances, here's to more of the same.
2012 NY Fringe Festival, here I come. "Snow White Zombie" returns from the 2011 NYFF with a vengeance. I take on the role of The Huntsman, a burly destroyer of zombies and the occasional overblown Prince...
Show and company details can be found on State of Play's website.
If you want to just get to it and buy tickets, you can do here and here (scroll down to find the title).
Opens Aug 11 and runs sporadically, in true Fringe fashion,
The Hollywood Investigator had some great things to say about the film. Check out the article here: http://www.hollywoodinvestigator.com/2012/motionsickness.html
"Motion Sickness", a film I worked on that premiered in Nov 2011, is having it's festival premier this Wednesday May 16 at the LA Fear and Fantasy Film Festival. Love the description, " A man discovers he is moving in a strange world of sexuality and scary characters as he traverses a Lovecraftian New York landscape of discovery."
Always wanted to be in something Lovecraftian.
