While we're all stuck at home, I'm trying to find ways to be creative, connect, be of service and have fun. I'll post what I'm up to here, and any updates when relevant. Feel free to contact me with questions
1) Book readings for kids I'm doing this twice a week on Zoom, mostly for younger kids (up to 5/6) who dont have remote learning options (and so whose parents may be stretched thinner). But we do get a few older kids (7-10). It's been so much fun. Please feel free to join. And if you have requests, send them my way and I'll try and put them in the rotation. If these times don't work for you or your kids, I'm also working some one-on-ones into my schedule. Email me and let me know what you need. We've done a few on Facebook Live as well, which was great, but I'm trying to balance privacy and reach.
Please don't post these anywhere, and this page is "hidden" in my navigation, so we can maintain some security on Zoom. Feel free to forward it to trusted friends or family.
2) Book readings for adults I've done this twice now, by request, but it seemed to be a hit. We read "Go The F-k To Sleep" (which I'm now turning into "Stay The F-k at Home", stay tuned). The second reading, of "Goodnight Trump", was a suitable mix of enjoyable and depressing fantasy. If such things interest you, let me know and I'll update you when the next one rolls around. I recorded that first reading, if you'd like a taste. NSFW, obviously: https://photos.google.com/photo/AF1QipM-BOYyqbLh0rAKKykUzhSBFyk-r6oVaunw8RGJ
3) Online sushi classes! A little stream-crossing, but these days, everything is all in one place anyway. I've moved my sushi company online and our first classes are on 4/19 and 4/20. Check them out, we'd love to see you
